Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, David proudly graduated from LaSalle University and served in the US Army and US Air Force, retiring as a decorated Lieutenant Colonel after contributing significantly to the Medical Service Corps and various military missions.
As a Motivational Speaker, David has graced stages across the United States and internationally, alongside influential figures like Les Brown. His core message revolves around the powerful belief that "You were Born READY!"—instigating audiences globally to chase their dreams. His newly published book, "Manifesting Your DPS" introduces the concept of Dream Positioning System (DPS), likening it to a GPS for goals, dreams, and desires, empowering readers to take action and be inspired.
Referred to as "The Dream Builder," David draws inspiration from mentors like Les Brown and John Maxwell. His mission revolves around instilling hope, leadership, and transformation in the lives of those he touches. Founding B. Rich International, David focuses on public speaking, training, and coaching to foster personal development and elevate performance for individuals and organizations.
Post-military service, David led as the Director for Veterans Employment and Training at the US Department of Labor before passionately pursuing his lifelong calling as a Motivational Speaker. His entrepreneurial endeavors include owning real estate and speaking businesses, alongside being a certified Scuba Diving Instructor, showcasing his diverse skill set.
In service to the community, David assumed leadership as the President of the Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaii, a non-profit offering mental health services without regard for an individual's ability to pay.
Deeply connected with Soka Gakkai International (SGI-USA), a Buddhist organization striving for world peace and individual happiness for over 45 years,
Family stands at the center of David's life. Married for 36 years to his childhood sweetheart, Veronica, they take pride in their three children and cherish their role as loving grandparents to two grandchildren. Their family extends beyond blood, having mentored and guided numerous young individuals who affectionately regard David and Veronica as parental figures.
